What is a chocolate mousse?

Items you need to make a chocolate mousse: -

  • 6 oz or 3/4th cup of dark chocolates
  • ½ a cup of unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon espresso powder
  • 4 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon of cream of tartar
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract or essence

Steps to ace a mousse: –

The first and important step is to select the chocolate. The entire flavour of the recipe depends on the chocolates you use. Selecting a dark chocolate is better since it is healthier than other chocolates. You can add chocolate chips too. You will find unsweetened or basic dark chocolate bars at the stores, which are easy to chop and used for baking purposes.
