- Milk - 2/3 of a cup
- Cocoa powder - 2 cups
- Butter - 3/4 of a cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Flour - 1/4 of a cup
- Caster Sugar 1/2 of a cup
- 1/3 cup of nuts (almonds, Walnuts and hazelnuts)
Sift the cocoa powder. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add butter to the dry cocoa powder and mix it well using a hand electric mixture to form a smooth paste
Add one cup of hot water, mix it well. Then add half cut of warm milk, sugar and flour and make a smooth paste.
Finally add the nuts and put the mixture in the mold
Place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
Before taking the chocolate out of the mold, let it stay at room temperature for 15 minutes and then enjoy
