Ingredients:

  • Milk - 2/3 of a cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 cups
  • Butter - 3/4 of a cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Flour - 1/4 of a cup
  • Caster Sugar 1/2 of a cup
  • 1/3 cup of nuts (almonds, Walnuts and hazelnuts)

Method:

Step 1

Sift the cocoa powder. Make sure there are no lumps.

 

Step 2

Add butter to the dry cocoa powder and mix it well using a hand electric mixture to form a smooth paste

 

Step 3

Add one cup of hot water, mix it well. Then add half cut of warm milk, sugar and flour and make a smooth paste.

 

Step 4

Finally add the nuts and put the mixture in the mold

 

Place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Before taking the chocolate out of the mold, let it stay at room temperature for 15 minutes and then enjoy

 

Note:

  • This recipe is equally good for making chocolate bars and chocolate figures.
