Cadbury chocolate Fudge Cake:

The chocolate and the divining chocolates cakes has been an attraction for many for years. I always enjoy looking at peoples when the pass through the windows of chocolate selling’s shops and cakes and their heads always turns like a sunflowers as they goes by. Irrespective of the age, the chocolate love makes people crazy and crazier. It is the main culprit which hinders in diet plans and shot out the sugar levels of diabetics.

When you think of eating some delicious chocolates there are a lot of names hit in your mind. For me it’s the delicious variety of Celebrations Cadbury chocolates. My mind and heart always knock and say how it would be if this lip smacking and ultimate taste of Cadbury chocolate is mixed and match with some flour, eggs and butter and result in a yummy cake. This intense feeling drives me crazy and I started doing experiments and finally I come up with an ultimate cake which is moist, chocolaty, versatile and seductive. Its single bite will make you crazy and it will light up every occasion in which you place it on the center table.

The ingredients you need:

  1. 25 g Butter Soften
  2. 100g brown sugar
  3. 2 Eggs (If it was in refrigerator then take them out 2 hours before)
  4. ½ cup Vegetable oil
  5. 125g self-raising flour
  6. 1 Tea spoon Baking powder
  7. 1/3 cup milk (Hot)
  8. 200 grams icing sugar
  9. 2 table spoons Cadbury cocoa powder

Ingredients for the yummy Cadbury icing:

  1. 1 table spoons Cadbury cocoa powder
  2. 100 g Cadbury chocolate Bar
  3. 50 g butter
  4. 4 table spoon Milk
  5. 50g icing sugar
  6. 50g Cadbury chocolate bar OR 2 Cadbury Flake bars( for garnishing)

Do it this way:

  1. The first thing is to preheat you oven at 180⁰C
  2. Shift the flour 2-3 times so that air passes through it giving your cake a good room to rise.
  3. Take a bowl and mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Place it a side.
  4. Take another bowl and beat butter, sugar and oil with an electric mixture. Add eggs one by one giving a gap of one minute of beating on medium speed. Beat the mixture till it makes a good paste.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the above slowly and also add the hot milk. Keep on betting until the mixture forms a smooth paste with no lumps.
  6. Grease and line 2 x 18cm sandwich tins with baking parchment.
  7. Put the mixture equally in both the tins and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until well risen and bouncy to the touch or the other sign is when a toothpick comes out with no wet ends.
  8. Remove from the tins and cool on a wire rack for around 30 minutes.

Make the Icing this way:

  1. Take a glass bowl, put the Cadbury chocolate in it with 2 tablespoons of milk and place it over a pan of boiling water.
  2. When the chocolate is melted add butter, remaining milk, cocoa powder and icing sugar to it and beat with the electric beater until a smooth paste is formed.

Giving the final look:

  1. Dip the knife in hot water; it will make spreading icing easier.
  2. Take the one cake piece, spread the icing on it.
  3. Put the second piece on the top of first and spread the icing evenly on the top and on the sides
  4. Grade the remaining chocolate bar or flake bar and sprinkle it on the top of the cake for garnishing.
